FAQs

How do I determine what size to order?

Our sizes are based off of 50th percentile height & weight (average size).  If your little one is above average or when in doubt, size-up!

Measure your little one's height and weight and compare their measurements to our sizing chart.

Our products do fit true to size, but keep in mind that fit depends on your child and fit preference. If prefer a looser fit, or your child is currently between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wearability.

What fabrics do you use?

All of our products are made with a very soft, stretchy fabric derived from bamboo. Learn more

How do I care for and launder my jammies?

We love the super soft, breathable, and thermo-regulating properties of our bamboo. We believe this is the absolute best choice for your little ones and their skin.

We strongly suggest washing our items inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low, or hang to dry. For best results, do not wash together with rough items, such as jeans, towels, or zippered items.

How do I check my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.

Do you accept Tabby or Tamara?

We are currently working on adding Tabby and Tamara as a way to comfortably split your purchase into smaller manageable payments. Stay Tuned...

Can I order a gift card?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase here.

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Gift cards are digital. If you are purchasing as a gift for someone else, you need to enter the recipient's email address when checking out (or you can forward the gift card after it comes to your personal email).

The gift card is redeemed at checkout using the code given. Gift card amounts can be used in one purchase or multiple purchases.

Are items in my cart held until I check out?

Items in your cart are NOT held until you check out. All items go to the first customer to complete the purchase.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are items ordered with the understanding that it will ship at a later date. Pre-order items are made to order and will be shipped within the extended shipping window specified on the product page.

Pre-order items will ship when available.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

Some of our Limited-Edition styles will not restock and are made in very limited quantities. We like to keep things fun and always offer you the trendiest prints, all of them hand-drawn and designed by us! Best Sellers and Basics will be made available within 1-2 months.

Please sign-up for the "Back in Stock" reminder by going to the product you want, select the size, and if it is out of stock, the "Back in Stock" reminder button will pop up in the left corner where you can sign up to be the first to know if it comes back in!

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 1 business day of purchase! Yes, that fast!  Standard UAE shipping will take 2-4 days & for International Shipping it may take slightly longer. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary from when your order is processed to the Emirate / Country you are having it delivered too - look at our Shipping Policy for all pricing information.

International shipping can be calculated on your cart page.

Can I alter my order?

Please be sure you are purchasing the correct items and sizes with the correct shipping information as there is a very small window of time between the order being placed and us packing it to send it out. We strive to fulfill orders almost immediately after we receive them so that you will get your jammies fast!

If you have made a mistake on your order, please email info@bellabubear.me as soon as you can so that we can do our best to correct it before processing, we move quickly!

Returns

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email info@bellabubear.me as soon as you can so that we can do our best to help.

Can I exchange a product?

The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to email info@bellabubear.me as soon as you can and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. We will refund your original purchase as soon as your returned item is received.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please email info@bellabubear.me as soon as you canso we can process your claim.

The item I received is defective. What do I do?

We stand behind our products 100%. While we strive to send perfection, these are made by hand and mistakes can happen.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please email info@bellabubear.me as soon as you can.

Claims for defective items must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item and product returned to us within 15 days of purchasing. Please remember some of our products are limited edition and an exchange is not always possible. All defects are handled individually. Proof of purchase from bellabubear.me ONLY is required.
